Extracting
a 3D representation ( Voxel Grid ) of the robots surroundings from
multiple camera feeds in realtime ( 36 fps ) for navigation, obstacle
avoidance etc
Multiple Transformer based network branches
fuse all views together, and reconstruct a coarse voxel
representation, that is further upsampled by introducing an also
tranformer based temporal coherence branch.
Results are
temporally coherent and easy to interpret by downstream
tasks.
Backprojection of 3D Labeled data into original
video sources to reduce semantic labeling effort by at least 100x
Development of an Unreal Engine 5 plugin for generation of synthetic
training datasets.
