The Cloud is a rich suite of microservices for improving business intelligence (BI) in HR.
As such, it stores and manages data around projects, experts, and assignments. Its microservices and interfaces are integrated with several resourcing and planning apps throughout the IT landscape, including but not limited to:
- The project and vacation planning apps
- Time tracking and goal achievement (calculation of gratifications)
- Team planning and assignments
- Invoicing and controlling on project and program level
- The knowledge and skill database (SKILLZ)
TheMmicroservicescloud is designed and implemented in a 100 percent cloud architecture on Azure. This design provides extensibility and modularity, along with other cloud benefits like scalation, continuous integration (rapid and robust deployment) and maintainability of the RESTful microservices.
The cloud services score over the older and more pedestrian legacy systems in several important ways:
- Improving decision making and executive overview
- Providing the tools for MIS (management information systems)
- Reporting
- The analysis of business processes
The system was designed in summer 2019 to achieve two goals, provide system of microservices/RESTful WebsService to supporting the company growth and resilience, as well as to enable the teams for learning and applying top-notch cloud technologies, concepts and frameworks.
The project includes the development of a RESTful Webservice Interface as the Backbone of all DialogData internal Processes. It is setup in a Microservice architecture, that allows fast implementation and deployment cycles.
