• Architecture and implementation of AI vision solutions in MS Azure to interconnect customer advertisement recognition with actual customer buying decision as well as fraud and stock use cases. Our project team designed the architecture and co-developed with customer dev team.
• Project Manager for this project with the responsibility for budget, timeline and quality tracking for the Microsoft delivery. Scrum Master for the joint customer and Microsoft project team to implement based on aligned backlog and sprint plan. Responsible for regular project communication to customer and Microsoft SteerCo group.

• Design and implementation of Microsoft Viva for customer HR department to replace previous central, bank wide intranet solution with comprehensive employee information and internal training platform.
• Project Manager for this project. Next to the responsibility for budget, timeline and quality tracking for the Microsoft delivery, my role was to manage all project deliverables based on the comprehensive acceptance criteria. Responsible for close customer project manager sync and regular project communication to customer and Microsoft SteerCo group.

• Architectural design and implementation of a complex vision AI solution based on Microsoft Azure services in co-development with customer AI team. The objective of the project was to identify loose fruits and vegetables at a self-checkout counter to increase customer satisfaction and usability. Complex project due to comprehensive dependencies across software, data privacy and hardware topics. The joint project team successfully implemented the solution in a productive pilot store. Very high customer satisfaction about the project delivery and the technical solution.
• Project Manager for this project with the responsibility for budget, timeline and quality tracking for the Microsoft delivery. Scrum guide to support on agile practice. Responsible for regular project communication in a challenging environment to customer and Microsoft SteerCo group.

• Successful implementation of different cyber security project for multiple customers. E.g. Threat Model implementation to secure high privileged accounts in customer Active Directory or Compromise Recovery projects to take back control over compromised customer Active Directory after a breach.
• Project Manager for this project with the responsibility for budget, timeline and quality along the Microsoft project methodology and processes. Management of Kick-off and additional meetings and workshops with the customer team to cope with specific security requirements for these kinds of projects. Dedicated project summary report with post project activities for the customer team.

• Migration of mailboxes of a MS Exchange 2010 environment to a MS O365 Hybrid environment. The source system contains about 100,000 mailboxes, Public Folder and a 3rd party archiving system. The users are distributed globally. The mailbox migration is part of a larger program which is going to migrate a number of services into O365 or to other new service platforms (e.g. SharePoint or Mobile Solution).
• I started as Co-PM for the mailbox migration stream during the preparation phase for a mailbox migration pilot. Objective was to take over project manager role for the mailbox migration stream to relieve the current migration architect who took both roles initially.

Mailbox migration of about 130.000 mailboxes from multiple, globally distributed source systems (MS Exchange, Lotus Notes, WebMail, etc.) into a T-Systems MS Exchange cloud. In addition, MS Exchange Public Folder has to be migrated to MS SharePoint.

• Project-Manager for Mailbox Migration Sub-Stream. Responsibility on project timeline and quality along the T-Systems project methodology (based on PMI BOK) for Notes to Exchange Migration and different central components. Coordination of the project team and setup of near-shore migration operations team. Close alignment with client, steering board and other project streams. Management of all internal and external Stakeholders for mailbox migration to ensure the planned project results.
• After T-Systems internal restructuring of the whole program, I?ve left the project and handed over my role to a near-shore team.

• Project Manager for this project with the responsibility for budget, timeline and quality along the T-Systems project methodology and processes. Coordination of the international project team, including the near-shore resources in Hungary.
• Migration of mailboxes of a MS Exchange 2010 environment to a MS Exchange cloud platform. The source system contains about 1300 mailboxes with an average size of 1GB of data. The users are distributed globally.

Migration of Lotus Notes mailbox content into an MS Exchange Cloud solution, hosted by T-Systems. The source environment contains about 50,000 mailboxes with an average data volume of 2.4 GB of data. Users all around the globe are affected by this project.

• Project Manager of the project ?Notes to Exchange Mailbox Migration?. Planning of resources and timeline. Coordination of the international project team and tracking of progress by focusing the project milestones. Communication of project status in close alignment with the client, steering board and various parties at dependent projects in a larger program.
• The project is completed on time, quality and on budget. The client was very satisfied about the project result and the professional working relationship which has been the basis to manage critical situations in a trustful way.

Project Manager for the stream ?Transition to Support?. Planning and coordination of the design and implementation of support processes for this new service. Implementation of the standard procurement processes to order different service elements. Coordination of internal and external project resources.

• Service enhancement for a MS SharePoint cloud solution.
• Implementation of a secure external access for partner companies to a SharePoint 2010 repository.

Project Manager for Service & Support. Coordination of requirements analysis, design and implementation of the service and support processes and tools. Coordination of the international project team and supplier representatives.

• T-Systems is the provider of a SharePoint Cloud solution for an international customer. To support new customer requirements, the client can request additional services for this Cloud Service. Due to the nature of these individual service requests, they are managed as projects. 
• In this case, a simplified permission management solution should be implemented as a self service portal for the users.
