  • Designed and own the full stack: Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Python, PostgreSQL, Twilio and the WhatsApp Business API, with integrated subscription billing and upsells.
  • Ran discovery directly with property managers, converting cold outreach into paid subscriptions and using operator feedback to drive the roadmap.
  • Handled multilingual conversation design, escalation paths to human operators, and the reliability constraints of a system guests use unsupervised.
