  • Tech lead for the ASN failure-actions initiative, end-to-end from EDI discovery through production rollout. Designed the Kafka + Avro canonical contract that turned ASN failures into per-PO supplier actions; drove cross-team execution with EDI and Operations. Estimated $2.5M in annual GRS impact
  • Authored the RFC comparing Cloud Scheduler, K8s CronJob, in-app poller, and Cloud Tasks for deferred action handling; drove org-wide adoption of Google Cloud Tasks by leading the Eureka enablement (public cloud + security) and producing onboarding docs that other engineering teams used to adopt the same path
  • Designed and shipped auto-close and reminder mechanisms on top of Cloud Tasks. 56% of COI actions auto-closed, 30% of actions addressed after a reminder fired, with ~30K tasks queued in the first days at production launch ? same primitive serving two lifecycle needs
  • Took ownership of legacy PHP builder-class knowledge after the partner team (EPAM) departed ? established a debuggable dev environment with XDebug, ran knowledge-share sessions for the team, and supported subsequent PHP changes.
