?        Design of the agentic system architecture including agent memory, rule extraction from historical roster data, and user feedback integration

?        Definition of custom tool interfaces that enable the LLM to read, evaluate, and generate structured shift rosters

?        Design of a read-only API integration layer against the existing SaaS scheduling API to provide context to the agent without touching production data
