Monitoring of issues, patches, and advisories that could impact the Customer?s environment / If hardware products are explicitly included in the HPE Data-Center Care Service agreement, the default hardware support for this service is a 4-hour onsite response coverage window/ Fix-on-Failure: In addition, at the time of onsite technical support delivery / Install available engineering improvements for covered hardware products to help the Customer ensure proper operation of the hardware products and maintain compatibility with HPE-supplied hardware replacement parts / Install available firmware updates defined by HPE as non-customer installable for covered hardware products, that, in the opinion of HPE, are required to return the covered product to operating condition or to maintain supportability by HPE / Perform preventative maintenance on Data-Center according to schedule and ensure effective working of mechanical building systems. Maintain all operations systems and perform all emergency functions required for smooth operation. Grow revenue at every opportunity. Support local users, across the allocated region, in all infrastructure related topics such as AD, Exchange, and LAN, WAN and remote access. Provide Finance team with accurate monthly billing figures for on-going projects. Ensure the defined Service Level agreements are met and the availability of IT systems are optimized. Ensure customer satisfaction results scores are maximized. Built good working relationships and rapport with the client and the European and Global IT Support team(s) Conduct quarterly operational reviews with teams and partners in the APAC region.
