My Main Activities
As a main database administrator, I am responsibile for the company's DB
migration from Oracle to MySql/Percona Cluster Galera.
I am also responsible for development and maintenance of internal web-blogs
based on the Wordpress CMS (php, MySql, Apache, Unix).
I am maintaining internal systems based on Virtualisation/VMware vSphere
Hypervisor/VMware ESXi, NFS.
I am working with NetApp – MetroCluster system, build high-availability virtual
cluster based on CentOS and Red Hat Enterprise 6 in connection with a cluster
layer Corosync and Pacemaker.
One of my main duties are optimisation of high availability systems and
processes and training of the company's stuff.

blogs, developer of blogs plugins and themes, microsites designer

My Main Activities
I am responsibile for complete redesign of just bought external IT company, including communication with management, owners of the company, IT suppliers and colleague/employees. I am also responsible for the budget, outsourcing and the plan of the company. During my short period in the company I managed and rewrited already 50-60% of the code that was originally during the last 6 years developped by 8 programmers. I took over 90 servers in 2 datacenters mostly based on XEN Virtualisation and
decided to completely redesign the whole system. As a result is a system that runs on 2 (!) servers and is up to 15 times faster then the whole original system. Big part of my work was done as my private activity during my free time and after presenting all my work to the top management of the company they decided to take over my system and replace the whole current system because
of the quality, speed and overal effectivity of the new system. I saved to the company more then 1,5 million EUR.

developed by myself. Designed for heavy loads. I have designed and developed also an interface to CMS for scanning ARCODEs
and management of all stock items. Responsible for the launch of the all IT Systems in the new branch in Dubai. Complete Debian server setup and management, inclusive all unix tunings.
