• Provide on-site and remote customer consulting and technical solutions in different services projects (automotive, aerospace, medical, railway)
• Model based development (MBD) and model based system engineering (MBSE) with Matlab, Simulink, TargetLink and Rhapsody including automatic code generation and advanced verification and test methods.
• Integration and customizations of the BTC products into customers development process.
• Analysis of the current process and propose process improvements solutions based on ASPICE and CMMI.
• Functional Safety based on ISO26262, IEC61508

Responsible for managing and coordinating BTC-ES products support activities at worldwide level: that include European, Asian and American customers.

• Coordinating the support teams in different locations. Implementation of the customer problem tracking concept.
• Communication of the relevant customer request and problems within the marketing and sales and product management periodical meetings.
• Informing customers about request resolution planning and content of new releases.
• Supervise the support and engineering teams into development of plug-ins and scripts for better integration of the products into the customer process.

• Preparation of generic marketing presentation, demonstrations and concepts for conferences or specific to some customer specific needs.

• Supporting the technical evaluations on the customer side or discuss of the technical requirements in the case of services. Organize on site customer meetings whenever required. Travel availability for more than 50% of the work time.
