  • Leading full-stack development team to replace old Sample Request system used to request animal tissue transfer from researcher to pathology labs to perform lab procedures. System exposed RESTful API for Angular UI to communicate with and used newly created webservice to fetch data from Laboratory System. Team operated with full Scrum and managed to deliver within assumed time and cost constraints. 
  • Leading full-stack development team to maintain large Document Management system with many custom approval workflows, reporting, integration with inbound and outbound systems. System required FDA validation. This involved leading scrum-like team, implementing features, backend and frontend development, peer review, detailing requirements, release planning. 
  • Leading development team to create system for Drug Adverse Events Risk Assessment & Management. First Salesforce-based FDA validated project in company. System was able to communicate with intranet big data storage with help of SOAP Tibco webservices, Role as Dev Lead involved task & iterations planning, peer review development, design specification & detailing requirements but also working closely with SF support, tools assessment & mentoring.
