Integration of a 2D online configurator in an e-Commerce system
I also developed an own production system to have a direct integration of the embellishment and raw product data to the machines and a correct production planning
Furthermore I've developed a product information system to get the raw product and stock data from suppliers and upload them to the e-Commerce system
After Go-Live I set up everything on Google and got the shop on Google Shopping

In this case I created an e-commerce system for the customer that had a direct connection to its PIM & MRP systems
In order to get the production done smoothly, with orders coming in from the e-commerce system, I had to make sure that the digital world and the production floor fit together
While ensuring this, I also took the time to improve the production process which raised the customer's output capacity by 25% to 30%, depending on the products running on the shop floor

In this case I created an order form for the staff to enter orders coming in by phone and mail into an Excel sheet and from there the order gets automatically created in the ERP system
The reason, why this was necessary is the complex nature of pricing on the products getting sold
So the solution is that a manager can update the variables by which the prices get then calculated dynamically and the manager gets a visual representation of the prices calculated
When a customer's order comes in via phone or mail, the customer service can enter the data into a form, while getting the pricing right and the order is then getting raised in the ERP system and from there it can get treated as a normal order
Integrating all this into the ERP system would have cost multiple times as much as this tool did and would still have been less flexible
