• In my role as a lead architect, I was responsible for coordinating several functional and technical streams in order to develop an interim IAM solution

Strangler Pattern Migration

• In the lead architect role, I was responsible for developing a Strangler Pattern migration approach for an international insurance company
• This migration must replace a legacy IGA system with SailPoint IIQ product

• Moderated a strategic conversation between the CIO and the Office 365 experts that ended with a Design Thinking Workshop with CIO and department leads

The customer decided to replace the legacy IAM system with a modern one. Following the RFP, RFI and PoC processes, Omada was chosen. Due to lack of time a big-bang migration was approached. All findings were closed in accordance with agreed milestone plan
