In my role as a certified business analyst, I worked with the customer to document an
administrative process. This involved going through the system step by step and
asking specific questions about rules and procedures to ensure that the process could
be fully automated.
Thanks to my technical background, I was able to not only document the process as
BPMN, but also give the customer a better understanding of how the process could be
mapped as a recurring sequence with a clearly defined set of rules. The results form
the basis for subsequent development

As part of an RPA project at an energy supplier, I took on the task of validating existing
process recordings and checking them for feasibility. In doing so, I navigated the
relevant systems, traced click paths and reported any inconsistencies back to the
project manager in order to optimise the process recording.
I then completely redesigned two processes in UiPath. These used both SAP as a
desktop solution and an SAP CRM system in the browser, which posed particular
challenges in terms of automation. Targeted adjustments enabled me to deliver a
robust and high-performance solution. Further processes are currently undergoing
validation and will be ready for development in the near future
