Also supporting test support by analyzing and resolving test defects in collaboration with the client. I hold the position as Security Admin. My focus is on the UniteD project where I have been responsible for building, updatingand fixing problems for roles for the sites primarily in Suzhou, China, RES Mannheim, Roche Diagnostics Mannheim, Rotkreuz, CH, and Branchburg, Indianapolis, Madison, USA.

The work for these sites has consisted in preparing entire sets of roles for the new sites for testing, and then supporting and resolving test issues off- and onsite and performing GoLive and hypercare support, by using the built in tools for authorization issues and by directly supporting users with tracing and observing the system behavior on the system both from user- and system side. Managing the work and coordinating the preparedness of the staggered GoLives in all the sites were also left to me for my primary sites (Suzhou, CN, RES Mannheim and Roche Diagnostics Mannheim.
