Role: Head of Department & TechLead eCom

Customer: Porta IT-Service GmbH & Co. KG

Tasks:

• In my role as the Head-of and TechLead, I established and developed the department while assuming management responsibilities.
• Eventually, I had direct oversight of 37 individuals and took charge of the hiring process. 
• I designed the complete architecture for the new microservice based backend, API gateway and the new multibrand storefront
