SAP SD, TM & PP Solution Architect / Consultant / partial project ownership for manufacturing for Quarries, Emulsion- and Asphalt plants (report to client director with budget responsibility), lead of team with 12 members
During my tenure we underwent 2 release changes, therefore I had to manage this as well for the ERP and APO side.
Overall ownership & Project Manager for manufacturing Rollout Wave2 (6 locations, Kenya, Nigeria) & Wave3 (8 locations, UK, Greece, Australia) work in the EMEA for Detergents, Personal Care, Food and Cooling business units.
Scope: Project Planning, Stakeholder Management, Design & customizing (FDD?s & CDD?s) Budget Control, Release Management and Project Steering for entire PP/PP-DS plus PM & QM (e.g. recipe related master data, characteristics setup and sample taking issues in production, Asset master and maintenance orders) and PM incl. Product Costing and CI/CO reporting with links and interfaces to Inventory (EWM) and Logistics Execution as well as MM and SD/HUM.
Also CR work, Enhancements implementation in PM, supervising training, work with Super Users on fixes.
