SAP SD, TM & PP Solution Architect / Consultant / partial project ownership for manufacturing for Quarries, Emulsion- and Asphalt plants (report to client director with budget responsibility)

• Greenfield Project ? SAP HANA Implementation with full Fiori Apps: Project Leader, Solution Architect & ownership (time, quality and budget) for MM, SD (with TM Integration incl. VSR Optimizer), PP with ATP and SAP VC (Super-BoMs, Super Routing, characteristics, Sales Configuration of Product), production relevant FI/CO, PP-PC and some CO-PA aspects

• S/4 HANA Support Consulting 3 level global Support and project work for paint manufacturing. 

• Projects include introduction of Batch Management for 2 locations, retrofit of SD (with HUM), EWM with TM and ATP integration (demonstrated also AATP), introduction of a newly programmed scanner solution in production (custom HMI solution) and implementation of scanners in warehouse in 2 plants (southern Germany and Finland) as well as a number of Zebra printers with integration to MM and SD. 

• Resolving tickets and issue related to PP/PP-DS, PP-PI, MM and QM. Prototyping work on LO-VC/AVC for special paint kits; PLM & IBP planning solution for demo purposes. Overall ownership in time, quality and budget for all projects as well as managing release changes. Supported release changes as well. 

• Worked on PM & QM issue for asset master data, maintenance orders, sample taking and usage decisions for production and procurement.

• Overall ownership & Project Manager for manufacturing Rollout Wave2 (6 locations, Kenya, Nigeria) & Wave3 (8 locations, UK, Greece, Australia) work in the EMEA for Detergents, Personal Care, Food and Cooling business units. 

• Scope: Project Planning, Stakeholder Management, Design & customizing (FDD?s & CDD?s) Budget Control, Release Management and Project Steering for entire PP/PP-DS plus PM & QM (e.g. recipe related master data, characteristics setup and sample taking issues in production, Asset master and maintenance orders) and PM incl. Product Costing and CI/CO reporting with links and interfaces to Inventory (EWM) and Logistics Execution as well as MM and SD/HUM. 

• Also CR work, Enhancements implementation in PM, supervising training, work with Super Users on fixes. 

• Rollout APO, F&R & IBP Solution to Seeds Cotton Business Unit in the US
