1) From an IT perspective:

Drive the integration of the new SaaS solution into the existing Merck IT service. This includes the administration and management of the IT streams, creation of a project plan, creation of status reports, defining the needed business service, ensuring the availability of such service and ensuring the proper documentation at all times. 

2) From a Business perspective: 

Drive the integration of the new SaaS solution into the newly created program within the Communications department. This includes the administration and management of the SaaS provider, advice on contractual questions and if needed mitigate, advice on questions regarding the processes of the tool, create documentation for such processes, establish a stakeholder management, and create change management documentation.
