Coordinate  abt 15 subcontractor  for PSC deficiencies  on Deck and in Accomodations  for repair works . Location in Hamburg  . 

• Handling end-to-end management for 5 Ethylene Tanker mainly employed with Exxon & BP and Total 
• Coordinating Budget control, Vetting, Crewing and Purchase in house departments 
• Managing and leading team members; allocating resources among team members and guiding team members. Implementing the project as per scheduled deadlines; extending post-implementation and maintenance support to the technical support team and subcontractors 
• Administering Site Supervisory Staff so as to ensure safety and quality of the assigned vessel
• Assigned to manage new building Ethylene Vessel with 6800 DWT and 12000 Dwt in Korea ,Specification review, contract details, organize the supervision team , commissioning and sea trail participation 
• Retired in June 2022  

Senior Project Manager

• Kaverner Philadelphia Shipyard from 1998 to 2003  ,build new Shipyard from the scratch and design a copy of a 2800 TEU
• Container vessel ex Warnow Shipyard Germany. Responsible for the design education of the designer, training of ship fitter and pipe fabrication in total 250 Engineers and blue color worker theoretical and hands on in Germany on a new build sister vessel.
• Responsible for testing and commissioning
• Budget 300 Mil USD. Completed and delivered the first vessel and last German employee after project completion
