      The objective of this project is to create a machine-readable dataset for aid applications that aligns with the new specialized procedure.

      Tasks:

      SPP is the biggest gas supplier in Slovakia, virtual electricity provider and provider of several chemical products for the industry created from mineral oil. The goal of the project was to digitize many customer activities -> the analog transmission of data and inquiries, as well as to minimize the utilization of the hotline or other channels through an inquiry form.

      • Rollout of Web-portal in English and Slovak languages
      • Rollout of iOS and Android mobile apps 
      • Digitalization of services e.g. Invoice archive, Change of personal details, bank details, change of frequency and sum of monthly payments, make inquiries to SPP, an overview of consumption from multiple locations

      Customer: intelligent Rear Wheel Steering (iRWS)


      Tasks:

      This feature provides basic control of the iRWS system. It includes functions such as activating and deactivating the system, controlling the steering movements of the rear wheels, and adjusting the steering response depending on driving conditions and user preferences.

      • Establishing new delivery teams in the project. Delivering first POC packages for customer deliveries. Packages which included Functional Safety functionalities and were approved by the safety gremium.

      Tasks:

      The DLCM (Digital Lifecycle Management) is an VW initiative to bring software updates over the air to they´re newest electric car models ID.3, Cupra Born, ID Buzz etc. 

      By implementing and adjusting the SAFe Framework we could connect and work with teams from around the whole enterprise, brands and regions.

      • Allign the technical, safety and procesual requirements for updates over the air

      Tasks:

      As a subsidiary of Volkswagen, Cariad is responsible for providing software for the control units in VW vehicles. The challenge regarding In-Car notifications was to develop and implement a content delivery workflow, with AdobeExperience Manager, that addresses both development and operational aspects for multiple car models.

      • Delivered a fully functional AEM platform
      • Implemented and optimized AEM workflows to reduce content publication time
      • Collaborated with UX designers to integrate responsive design capabilities
      • Facilitated regular sprint reviews and stakeholder workshops, ensuring 100% alignment with business goals.

      Customer: Product Roadmapping


      Tasks:

      To plan a roadmap, schedule deliveries, generate progress reports, release notes and have an overview of the current development process to the customer was a challenge due to different approaches in product management, different usage of tooling and different customer needs as well as every product was being developed in a different approach. The challenge was to identify and execute quick wins in the department and consolidate the process and tooling to the needs of all products and create a lean process within the department.

Activating functions after sales enables to generate additional income, increases the value of the car and increases the comfort for the driver.

      Adapt the new team to SAFe cadences and framework specialities to deliver several software packages and sucessfully reach necessary quality goals and regulations.

      Tasks:

      As an VW subsidiary, Cariad is delivering software for the control units of VW cars. The DNH (driver notification handler) Project is delivering the software for all safety related notifications that the driver receives before and while driving an car from VW and all sister brands. The objective was to switch to a scrum aproach in requirements, development and testing for better planning and increase of quality of deliveries. 

      Implemented and adjusted the scrum framework to deliver several software packages and sucessfully reach necessary quality goals and regulations.

      Tasks:

      The ?Evie by DHZB? app is intended to make home monitoring easier for families with children suffering from severe heart defects as part of a study.The App is an electronic measurement table that simplifies the recording of measurement data locally on the end device of the respective user and, if the user so desires, sends reminders generated locally by the end device.

      • What started as a pro-bono google desing sprint turned into a proper app project which can be used by families, reduce unnecessary visit of the hospital and can give guidance to a certain degree.


      06/2019 - 09/2019:

      Role: Workshop Facilitator

      Customer: Wiener Stätdische, Web


      Tasks:

      Wiener Städtische wanted to improve the sign-up rate and the presence of they're digital insurance programs. For this purpose we have chosen the design sprint method to ideate improvements, together with the business owners have choosen risks to tackle and based on this build a prototype, that was tested in a qualitative user testing. 

      • The comprehensive research and preparations of the design sprint helped the business owners to make a confident decision for the preferred improvements
      • The execution of the design sprint with representatives of several departments increased the alignment and the focus on the product
      • The final documentation and design handover helped the internal development to adjust and finalize the new version of the insurance product

      Tasks:

      Europa Park wanted to promote in the app new season entertainments of theyre event park and continue with the life cycle management.

      • Introduced new menu options on the navigation bar which increased the bookings of the nearby hotels
      • Continuously updating the apps to the newest technical and security standards and swiftly adjusting the layout the new iPhone layout (iPhone X)

      Tasks:

      The mobile app and web portal was receiving many bad reviews for poor user experience and overview of services. This was the initial reason to create a new design system, adjust the information architecture and implement the feedback gathered from qualitative and quantitative user testings. Aswell as adapt the design system to all partner brands to which Telefonica provides theyre services.

      • Increased app rating on both platforms
      • Company decision to apply the new design system and modules to other partner brands using the same design system solution

      Tasks:

      The website of the banking portal was in need of an update to the content, assets used on the website as also to the information architecture to increase the sign ups and provide answers for possible questions upfront.

The challenge regarding In-Car notifications was to develop and implement a content delivery workflow, with AdobeExperience Manager, that addresses both development and operational aspects for multiple car models.

          Tasks:

          To plan a roadmap, schedule deliveries, generate progress reports, release notes and have an overview of the current development process to the customer was a challenge due to different approaches in product management, different usage of tooling and different customer needs as well as every product was being developed in a different approach. The challenge was to identify and execute quick wins in the department and consolidate the process and tooling to the needs of all products and create a lean process within the department.

          Adapt the new team to SAFe cadences and framework specialities to deliver several software packages and sucessfully reach necessary quality goals and regulations.

          Tasks:

          As an VW subsidiary, Cariad is delivering software for the control units of VW cars. The DNH (driver notification handler) Project is delivering the software for all safety related notifications that the driver receives before and while driving an car from VW and all sister brands. The objective was to switch to a scrum aproach in requirements, development and testing for better planning and increase of quality of deliveries. 

          Implemented and adjusted the scrum framework to deliver several software packages and sucessfully reach necessary quality goals and regulations.

          Tasks:

          The ?Evie by DHZB? app is intended to make home monitoring easier for families with children suffering from severe heart defects as part of a study.The App is an electronic measurement table that simplifies the recording of measurement data locally on the end device of the respective user and, if the user so desires, sends reminders generated locally by the end device.

          • What started as a pro-bono google desing sprint turned into a proper app project which can be used by families, reduce unnecessary visit of the hospital and can give guidance to a certain degree.


          06/2019 - 09/2019:

          Customer: Wiener Stätdische, Web


          Tasks:

          Wiener Städtische wanted to improve the sign-up rate and the presence of they're digital insurance programs. For this purpose we have chosen the design sprint method to ideate improvements, together with the business owners have choosen risks to tackle and based on this build a prototype, that was tested in a qualitative user testing. 

          • The comprehensive research and preparations of the design sprint helped the business owners to make a confident decision for the preferred improvements
          • The execution of the design sprint with representatives of several departments increased the alignment and the focus on the product
          • The final documentation and design handover helped the internal development to adjust and finalize the new version of the insurance product


          05/2019 - 09/2019:

          Tasks:

          Europa Park wanted to promote in the app new season entertainments of theyre event park and continue with the life cycle management.

          • Introduced new menu options on the navigation bar which increased the bookings of the nearby hotels
          • Continuously updating the apps to the newest technical and security standards and swiftly adjusting the layout the new iPhone layout (iPhone X)

          Tasks:

          The mobile app and web portal was receiving many bad reviews for poor user experience and overview of services. This was the initial reason to create a new design system, adjust the information architecture and implement the feedback gathered from qualitative and quantitative user testings. Aswell as adapt the design system to all partner brands to which Telefonica provides theyre services.

          • Increased app rating on both platforms
          • Company decision to apply the new design system and modules to other partner brands using the same design system solution

          Customer: o2 Banking Rebrush Web


          Tasks:

          The website of the banking portal was in need of an update to the content, assets used on the website as also to the information architecture to increase the sign ups and provide answers for possible questions upfront.

          • Increased click-trough on the website in addition to have in mind the technical restrictions of the CMS System
          • Adjusting the color language and tone of voice to the overal o2 branding
