I am currently engaged under contract with Hays AG as IKT System Engineer, in a confidential project at Atos Switzerland. Given the confidential nature of the project, disclosing some details can be limited, however, I can outline some of my responsibilities that include but not limited to:

• Design, implementation and configuration: Cisco ISE, Cisco Prime, Cisco SSM (Smart Licensing proxy), Solarwinds NPM, Linux nms, SFTP for backup, repository and scripting/automation, Infoblox DDI, VMware NSX Configuration & operation: Cisco ACI, Checkpoint FW, VMware NSX (dFW, ESGs & LBs), VMware vRealize (VRO, VRA, VRLI, VRNI, VROPS), Tufin SecureTrack, Firemon, Cisco NX-OS and IOS switching and routing, CI/CD (Gitlab)
• Automation & scripting: Older NSX to New NSX environment migrations, scripts built mainly with Powershell, Python and Ansible

• I began as an IT Specialist at IBM Switzerland in September 2012, initially contracted by BDU Consulting AG until January 2020, followed by a contract with Spirit/21 AG from 02/2020 to 08/2020.
• Over the course of my engagement, I progressively stepped into different roles such as IT System Engineer, Technical Leader and more recently, Network and Automation Engineer. My most recent undertaking involved conceptualizing, executing, and overseeing a Swiss private cloud infrastructure for one of IBM's most significant clients in Switzerland.

For the 5 years, I occupied the IT Technical Leader role for one of IBM?s clients, a renown private bank, and worked on multiple other projects (onboarding new customers, migrations, operations of the managed services?) along with the other teams within the IBM managed services. • As an IT Coordinator, took responsible of supporting the site for 2nd an 3rd level, handling the on hand issues and managing the Branch IT Infrastructure, closing trouble tickets for users and reporting to the regional IT Director for all changes, updates and migrations performed, while working with different ITIL systems for incident, problem and change management. 
• I started at Stream the first 8 months as a technical support specialist and customer support service.

• I initiated my journey in this call center as a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative, contributing to 2 projects. 
• I served MoneyGram, aiding branch offices and end customers in wiring money globally and compliance, and assumed a role in troubleshooting and configuring for US Robotics, a renowned manufacturer of modems and network equipment, where I was supporting customers through technical challenges.

• I practiced both accounting and management at that time, but it did not last due to the severe political and military disruptions in Lebanon in 2006. 
• The damage caused to road infrastructures created significant transportation challenges, forcing my departure from the company.

• In Tannous Group's "Tandem Tubes" manufacturing sites and back offices, I occupied the role of IT Site Supporter, performing the installation and maintenance of networks such as switching, VPN, the servers of the company?s branch offices.
