• Built and shipped StackOps to production for the first enterprise client in German meat wholesale; the platform currently handles 50+ orders per day across a 300+ SKU catalog and 400+ B2B customers
• Set up three frontends against one Spring Boot 3 / Java 21 backend: a React + Vite + TypeScript web app for office and finance, a React Native tablet app for warehouse picking and dispatch, and a React Native mobile app for drivers
• Implemented a routing module on Google OR-Tools (VRP) with self-hosted OSRM running separate car and truck profiles on a Hetzner CCX23, Mapbox geocoding, and a drag-and-drop dispatch UI; produces roughly 5 optimized routes covering ?50 stops per day, replacing manual planning
• Shipped a full Lexoffice accounting integration: invoice sync, payment webhooks, credit notes (Gutschrift), Storno / Korrektur flows, ZUGFeRD e-invoices validated green across three German validators, EPC QR generation, and a custom Payment Sync Ledger for reconciliation
• Wrote a lightweight in-process job queue for async work to avoid both an external broker and the polling pressure of a DB-backed queue
• Added a CMR document OCR pipeline on GPT-4o Vision with box-number-anchored prompting to pull structured freight data from scanned documents and remove manual data entry
• Designed multi-tenant data isolation, Jasypt-encrypted credential storage, Flyway-managed migrations, advisory locking for race-free customer deduplication, and server-side pagination across every list view
• Use Claude Code daily with a maintained CLAUDE .md rule file to keep SOLID, DRY, and production-ready standards consistent across the codebase

GIS and location-intelligence vendor serving Turkish government and enterprise clients. Worked across the full stack on multi-service .NET platforms with Angular frontends.

• Built and maintained backend microservices on ASP.NET Core Web API with Entity Framework Core, communicating over REST and gRPC with shared response and error contracts and API versioning
• Implemented authentication flows with JWT, OAuth2 / OpenID Connect, and ASP.NET Identity, applying role and claim-based access control across endpoints
• Applied repository pattern, Unit of Work, and clean / layered architecture under SOLID; standardized middleware, model binding, and validation pipelines across services
