The Industry Catalyst Solutions are designed to minimize disruption by delivering industry-tailored, rapid deployments that enable companies to experience the full value of PLM much more quickly.

• Evaluate catalyst product overlay on top of ActiveWorkSpace, RapidStart. Analyze and recommend changes required in Catalyst product to adopt.
• Deliver server, client-side custom tools, UI configurations through stylesheets, BMIDE configuration, Support upgrade activities, PLMXML import, export, workflows, schedules.
• Develop custom plugins for NX Routing application.
• Implement Organization specific NX configurations through attribute mapping, PAX, etc.
• Write custom queries, transfer modes for export to excel, TCRA cubes for reports generation.
• Support deployment activities and recommend, develop, and execute the test plans.

This Project is End-To-End implementation of Teamcenter Requirements Manager module  for ECAR Siemens from analyzing the requirements, mapping requirements to Teamcenter data model and features.

• Conduct workshops with client to refine requirements and estimate effort.
• Derive Teamcenter information Model from customer use cases and implement in BMIDE.
• Improve usability by User Interface stylesheets configurations, and Rich Client customization.
• Build custom utilities using ITK such as requirement propagation.
• Develop traceability report generation for white space analysis using server customization to perform Closure calculation using PLMXML import, export, closure rules, Transfer Modes.

This project is to develop new application called Systems Engineering as a part of TC 9.0 release.

• Design and Develop Rich Client plugins for Budgets feature in Systems Engineering application.
• Build unit Test cases in C++ for existing MRO/SE applications.
• Server and client-side development using C, C++, JAVA, ITK programming.
• TCE core development for SOA, PLMXML import/export, dynamic LOVs.
• Create new class definitions, class behavior, list of values, extension points, SOAs, using BMIDE. 

This is a design for manufacturing project. This involves development of custom tools for manufacturing test cases which are used by design engineers to test the validity of the products from manufacturing aspect at the design level. Intend of this project is to design the model which also satisfies manufacturing requirements for example, ergonomic test, DOF test, etc. The primary skills required are Knowledge Fusion, UG Open API, C programming, UG NX 5.

Development of custom tools to maintain and verify model and drawing quality, reduce errors. 

• Develop UFUNC tools to Drawing Quality Check, Reference Set Clean Up, Part Clean Up, Update Parts List, Layer Management.
• Ensure timely delivery of all NX-related deliverables.
