- Strategic PAI & Integration: Spearheaded the Post-Acquisition Integration (PAI) of the commercial business unit, ensuring complete operational and financial alignment.
- ERP Transformation: Led the end-to-end SAP R3 implementation, transitioning the organization to a unified, high-transparency financial system.
