FinBuddy approached us with the request to add several new features to their existing platform. It quickly became clear that while the platform worked well as a proof of concept, it wasn?t yet suitable as an independent, scalable product.
In addition, FinBuddy did not have full control over the hosting, infrastructure, or codebase. For an ambitious startup aiming to grow, that?s a crucial prerequisite.
Approach
We opted for a fundamental professionalization effort. The existing implementation was functionally carried over and completely rewritten into a new platform. We developed a conversion tool to migrate the old data into the new environment. Together with the hosting provider, we executed the migration and transferred the domain. All customers were invited to the renewed platform and could easily set a new password.

Thanks to this professionalization effort, FinBuddy has made the leap from startup to a mature, scalable organization with a solid digital foundation.
We were asked to further develop the existing FULLSENSE project into a fully fledged, future?proof product. This meant completing missing components, adding new functionality to give end users deeper insights, and modernizing the software so it aligns with technological progress and Fullwood JOZ?s modern robotics.
The project was still in an early stage when we joined the development of FULLSENSE. In close collaboration with the Fullwood JOZ team, we first updated the chosen technology stack to the latest possible version.
