Coca-Cola Computer Services Vienna, a subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company, needed after thirty years a new Company Strategy. The idea was to give the Company a profile within the Coke world.

Budget forecast and monitoring process

Coca-Cola Computer Services Vienna, a subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company, needed every year to request its budget at The Coca-Cola Company. We had to decide which projects will be done via ROI and we had to prepare Project Proposals. The capitalized spending had to be monitored very carefully throughout the year.

  • Preselect the Projects together with Client Engagement
  • Calculate the ROI and of all projects
  • Decide together with all stakeholders on project selection based on ROI and Company strategy
  • Present the project proposals to Atlanta Management together with CEO.
  • Implement new financial monitoring process and assure training to Finance department and Project Management.
