After an SAP deployment disaster, the Management has decided to create a new SAP Release Policy. Within 6 months a new policy had to be defined and implemented, which is used by more than 600 Stakeholders in Atlanta, Georgia.
Coca-Cola Computer Services Vienna, a subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company, needed after thirty years a new Company Strategy. The idea was to give the Company a profile within the Coke world.

We had to decide which projects will be done via ROI and we had to prepare Project Proposals. The capitalized spending had to be monitored very carefully throughout the year.
The project Period Discounts seemed to be initially as a mid-sized project. After the first requirements analysis phase the stakeholders have changed and the size increased tremendously. Stakeholder management was a challenge since two China companies were competing and Australia and Papua New Guinea were hard to reach.
