Led digital transformation across a battery gigafactory portfolio with $8B+ in announced capex, spanning 7 countries across EMEA, North America and Asia. Reported to Head of Global Digitalization.

• Owned end-to-end digital portfolio across 7 countries: roadmap definition, initiative prioritization, delivery oversight, and go/no-go calls for production rollouts.
• Translated business ambitions into prioritized initiatives with quantified business cases, securing C-level approval and budget allocation across 3 continents.
• Built the executive reporting layer (Power BI) consumed at C-level by AESC's CDO, COO and CEO across 7 active construction sites, on a weekly reporting cadence I defined; site-level dashboards were also consumed directly by the customer.
• Drove end-user adoption through a Train-the-Trainer model (site BIM Managers trained on global standards for local delivery) supported by isolated internal and contractor-facing ACC sandboxes where EPC partners co-designed commissioning workflows before production rollout.
• Led CDE rollout (Autodesk Construction Cloud) across 7 sites in 4 countries: 3 US, 2 UK, 1 France, 1 Spain, with operations in Japan and China.
• Selected and led a 7-person cross-functional team (US, UK, ES, IN), holding execution teams accountable for quality, timelines, and business value realization.
• Architected the target-state system ecosystem (SharePoint, Maximo, ACC, Drofus, Aconex), adopted by the global Center of Excellence.
• Prepared and defended the annual global team budget: ~$500K request, $430K approved.

Internal management consultant for cross-EU and US engineering teams across multi-billion-dollar industrial portfolios.

• BIM Lead for a Tier-1 EV OEM gigafactory in Berlin ($7B, 50 GWh/yr): led digital delivery through outline to detail design across cell production, drive unit, battery pack, casting and paint shops. The client-side BIM Lead I worked with recruited me into AESC in 2023.
• Delivery Lead for Northvolt ETT, Skellefteeå, Sweden ($6.5B, 60 GWh/yr, ~500,000 m2): grew and led a team of 8 from concept through detailed design.
• Internal auditor for the Munich office ISO 9001:2015 certification: audited project processes against the corporate management system and authored the process addendums that resolved the nonconformities raised, defended before the external registrar.
• Applied PAS 1192 parts 1-5 and ISO 19650 across all project standards: BEPs, CAD and BIM naming conventions, and multidisciplinary coordination protocols.
• Architected a dedicated compute environment and automated the daily model publication chain across seven discipline models, removing a recurring manual export task carried by every discipline team.
• Significant project roles: Skoda CCAS (EUR 20M), Ford Dunton West Wing (GBP 23M), Ford Cologne AWT wind tunnel (EUR 23.5M).

• Engineered digital workflows for project estimation, logistics, and scheduling across complex healthcare infrastructure projects.
• Established digital governance protocols for communication, data exchange, and system interoperability.
• Aligned 3D data utilization with project and facility management long-term strategy.

• Built the public platform (WordPress/WooCommerce) for a second-life electronic equipment marketplace aligned with EU sustainability directives; unincorporated venture, never traded.
• Reframed the core product problem: replaced an unbuildable in-platform barter mechanism with a reputation-based transaction model, removing the technical blocker without losing the value proposition.
• Proposed the Freemium monetization model and applied Business Model Canvas to the venture design.
