Role: Head of Digital Experience & Marketing


Tasks:

Founded and built the Marketing & Digital Experience function in a tech SMB, evolving it into a strategic, high-performing unit with full responsibility for brand, marketing, digital experience, and go-to-market activities across the group. Trusted sparring partner to management and key stakeholders, with leadership responsibility across people, projects, budget, and results.

  • Full leadership, personnel, project, and revenue responsibility for the digital experience & marketing division
  • End-to-end ownership of corporate brand, product marketing, and communications, including strategy, positioning, creative direction, and execution
  • Strategic development and operational execution of B2B marketing strategies and campaigns across digital solutions, software development, private 5G, data, cloud, security, and network automation
  • Responsibility for lead generation, sales enablement, and go-to-market support (SEO, SEA, SEM, social media, print, ads, websites, landing pages)
  • Expansion of scope to include User Experience (UX) and Interface strategy for digital business models and customer-facing solutions
  • Management of external client projects, with responsibility for strategy, go-to-market concepts, digital experiences
  • Conceptualization and execution of C-level event formats focused on knowledge exchange, customer engagement, and lead generation
