The project involved setting up three Agile development teams, two onshore in Vienna and one offshore in India, which developed the new My Magenta app together. As the responsible Scrum Master, I conducted the Scrum ceremonies, solved impediments and helped with the knowledge preparation in Jira and Confluence. First experiences with coaching in a sales team.
As a full-stack Java developer, I worked on the frontend, backend, interfaces and the Oracle DB. Due to the strong growth from three to six teams, I became Scrum Master in my own team and supported the introduction of LeSS in the project.
