Tasks:

• As a Senior UX Designer I owned and created a cutomer experience to establish an unique gifting Customer experience on Amazon, where I started by reviewing the customer need and the customer problems to create a customer centric sollution for the whole gifting life cycle.
• Than I turned to several other projects that were both seller and customer orientated, like Customer reviews, Early reviewer program or promotional features like Giveaway.
• I worked closely with both local and US product, developement and design teams.
• I helped other designers with their projects or mentored them.

Tasks:

• For each project I was the UX consultant responsible for strategy, innovation, products & services, web & mobile design, testing & evaluation and integration into the main portal where appropriate.
• Additionally, I was the UX consultant for ImmobilienScout?s very own in house Incubator Lab, named ?You Is Now?. In a six monthly cycle 3-4 start-ups were supported by ImmobilienScout. For each I was mentor and UX consultant.

Working as Design Manager of a UX Team at Germany?s biggest property website. I was working hands on and managing of a multidisciplinary team of designers, researchers and front-end developers.

Responsible for concept & design in the agency. I worked hand-in-hand with the creative director, scoping and planning work, as well as managing the design team and pitching projects to customers.

Started as visual lead and grew into leading UX designer. Responsible for ImmobilienScout?s new visual language, most concepts and strategies within UX. Accompanied the change to an agile developing environment

2008 - 2008: Redesign of the community portal

Tasks:

Redesign of the community portal, which included identifying and correcting usability issues and improving SEO. Created white label solutions and Facebook applications. Worked and communicated within an interdisciplinary team of product management, development and marketing. Directly reported to CEO.
