In addition, I have strong working knowledge of German construction law, including the VOB/B and VOB(C, and their practical application in contract drafting, risk allocation, and dispute avoidance. My contractual approach is further underpinned by solid grounding in English construction law principles, enabling me to structure, interpret, and negotiate contracts governed by common law, including entitlement, variation, claims, and delay mechanisms.
