  • Market Analysis and Research: Macro and microeconomic market assessment, identification of market trends, competitive analysis and (sub)debt investment opportunities in financial institutions in LatAm
  • Investment Strategy Development for active and new markets expansion in LatAm with focus on deal sourcing and pipeline planning for debt investment in financial institutions
  • Ticket size: USD 2 - 15 million
  • Business Case for expansion into VC Investing in LatAm tech startups (collaboration with Swiss VC Company)
  • Due Diligence (on & off-site) on potential investment targets including quantitative/ financial and qualitative analysis, risk assessment and evaluation of environmental, social and governance (ESG) impact
  • Origination and Structuring: Credit Risk Rating, Social Impact (ESG) Rating and Investment Recommendation to Risk and Investment Committee (Senior Management & Investors). Negotiation and Definition of Investment Terms (Term Sheet and Contract Signing)
  • Portfolio Management: Monitoring and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all investments ensuring alignment with the funds? financial and impact objectives
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, monitor, report and mitigate risks associated with investments in emerging markets including geopolitical, economic, operational, climate and currency risk. Preparation of market analysis reports and specialized reports of target countries
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure all investment comply with relevant legal, regulatory and ethical standards
