Remote communication & collaboration

Product Owner
Product Owner
Remote communication & collaboration with the use of Jira, Confluence,
MS_Teams, Mumble, Visio for managing "my" product, a digital solution for the
coordinated management of the classic large-format posters for a multi-channel
marketing platform within a fully remote working team. Remote communication
& collaboration with the use of Jira, Confluence, MS_Teams, Mumble, Visio.

Daily tasks, OKRs:

Keeping the solution up and running, providing the team with the User Stories,
additional context-information of these User-Stories for a better understanding
and thus higher motivation, adding requirements & specifications for
customizing "our" product according to the customers' and their users' needs...
... and, paving the path towards an even more scalable solution, with a strong
focus on EDI connectivity to partners within the territories we are about to
expand to.

The challenge / what was to be improved, especially for remote Scrum
collaboration:
  • a better understanding of the project
  • better understanding about the customer
  • better knowledge transfer within the teams and between the teams

So I discovered, designed, developed, and implemented available as well as

totally new solutions:
  • a complete ?Kick-Off-Sprint workshop-week? for starting new projects in a standardized way
  • a Sprint-Vision-Board for every Sprint, made of the answers for: what is our customer/user; what are the customer?s needs; how do we want to meet these needs within our Sprint; clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs); higher-level thoughts about our vision & mission in connection with this Sprint
  • templates for User-Stories, with standards via reusable statements so we can improve a common understanding (modifiable, pre-populated dropdown elements)
  • templates for requirements, with standards via reusable statements so we can improve a common understanding (modifiable, pre-populated dropdown-elements) based on the SOPHIST templates for applied requirements engineering
  • In-build assessments for the Product Backlog Items (PBIs) for risk & dependencies
  • Added a Work Breakdown Structure for assigning the tasks to within the refinement process / Sprint Planning Meeting, so we do have comparable frameworks between the projects and can easily adapt existing knowledge from prior projects

Every Item, Task, Requirement, Meeting, Scrum-Unit is attached to a

CFLX-extended discussion-thread with the deliverables or files for additional
information for questioning and answering - and everything is connected via its
metadata with each other so ?we? can easily find already existing solutions,
comparable approaches, follow the Q&A-discussions and have a look at the
results? (yes: today, ?we? are humans - but tomorrow AI will support us? check
my videos for a better understanding about the CFLX and the superiority of
?Structured Language Processing? instead of NLP ?)

Requirements Engineering and Software-Testing (Test-Based
Requirements-Engineering within an agile Scrum team), automated testing of
APIs with "functional request cascades", responsible for creating reusable & risk
evaluated test case designs with the usage of Tosca, writing
test-documentations, use-cases, and how-2s with Confluence and
comprehensible diagrams with Visio.
I am a Certified Tester / Agile Tester (ISTQB iSQI and Tosca Tricentis
Automation Specialist 1 + 2).
As an outcome of my experiences, I did switch the QA-Management from
manual to automated for testing my own applications; I am now using
docker-compose and containerization; I did implement requirement templates
into my project collaboration software and I designed the Scrum application
with a strong focus on better integration of the Software-Testers into the locally
distributed teams.

Designing, programming, and developing software for advanced project
communication & collaboration in projects with locally distributed team
members and project stakeholders.
The challenge was:"How can we improve communication & collaboration in
locally distributed teams?"
Based on my paper & findings related to the field of CSCW, I did design and
create a WBS-threaded project-management"discussion board"for leaving
email behind and using a better solution instead (A Client-Server
web-applications on LAMP (Linux Apache MySQL PHP HTML5 /JavaScript /
AJAX / JQuery) with diverse libraries & APIs.
As explained in the video, the CFLX which I invented and described in the paper
do not only help the human receiver of the message to make better guesses
about the real meaning the sender wants to transmit, but these "clarity
communication statements" are now the basis for providing standardized
values for the inputs of artificial neuronal networks and are very promising to
deliver the superior machine-learning technology.
