• Developed and maintained bots using Microsoft LUIS and QnA Maker, DialogFlow, iAdvize and Cognigy; integrated chat solutions with the RASA framework for NLU and dialogue management.

Market Data - ADEO

• Sole developer on the system, working alongside a software architect, product owner, business analyst and DevOps engineer; owned design and implementation end to end.
• Built the pipeline as independent components: daily Bloomberg extraction, Google Cloud Storage ingestion, Cloud Function upload triggers, an importer that formats and forwards records, a persistence service backed by MongoDB, and a Kafka producer driven by MongoDB change streams.
• Owned the infrastructure layer: services deployed to GKE, resources managed through Terraform so environments promote automatically.
• Built and maintained GitHub Actions workflows supporting a trunk-based CI/CD flow.
• Implemented authentication and authorization to ADEO group standards, including per-component service accounts scoped to specific roles.
