Gathering requirements, developing solutions, and check them against the use cases of other customers was the hardest challenge in this SaaS company in the education sector. However, I escorted the company during corona and growth of 1000% client base.
Project Manager for the internal community platform of Factory Berlin. I took the challenge of requirements engineering, defining and estimating all user stories with the dev team + getting it built in a vast evolving Extreme Programming scenario. This project took only four months in summary for creating a complete member platform MVP from scratch.
Taking the standard SaaS dirico.io and implement customizations such as corporate design, special workflows, custom features and interfaces to internal tools for BMW Group, Deutsche Telekom, Sixt, Vodafone and a few other. Also I was part of the global rollout of dirico.io at BMW.
In this project I navigated the whole project lifecycle from kick off, evaluation, concept and developing to implementation in the european markets. While the project I needed to align all stakeholder of KIA, the leading agency and the Facebook Business Account Management.
Extending the whole app experience from the first touch with the BMW dealer to delivery of the new bought car. Giving the user all information of the steps in the factory and updates the status of the order. Now the user of the app can provide BMW with information in upfront.
I started here as product owner and arranged and priorized the tickets. While the project I became the SPoC for all requirements from internal and external stakeholders. I created use cases, user stories, estimate with the team and integrated them into development. My user stories are robust, estimatable and testable through the whole lifecycle. This project is still running and will be rolled out world wide. I wrote all of the interface contracts and security assesments.
I initiated the project with use cases, user stories, concept, wireframes and project setup. For the wireframes I used a design workflow with Sketch and Invision. This project was developed nearshore and needed me to manage it as a international TPM. I took care of the test- and defect management as well.

I love projects.
In my time as a freelancer and then as employee of several agencies, I learned a lot about projects from small to large and how to successfully manage them. My favourite methods are GTD and Kanban. I have also been Product Owner for a long-term Scrum project in the automotive environment. This project needed to be documented in ITPM standard. The requirement management is one my best strengths.
I love design.
For one of my latest projects I have created the UX and wireframes in addition to the well known user stories. I am addicted to beautiful UI and a good told user journey. Good design is to me, when it works better and more intuitive than you expect it.
I love code.
From 2015 to 2017 I realized over 20 websites from small business sites to large online shops with diverse requirements. I developed custom themes for Wordpress, Kirby CMS, Magento and Shopware. I have experience in Bootstrap, Javascript, several JS Libraries and PHP. My current private side projects are mainly focused on building fullstack realtime webapps

My Skills
JIRA
Jira is used for issue tracking and project management by over 25,000 customers in 122 countries around the globe. It is the tool to use in an agile development process. You can run projects on scrum or kanban and create very flexible workflow concepts.
Confluence
Confluence is the tool of choice, when it comes to documentation of projects and knowledge sharing. It adds a slight social network functionality for feedback and commenting.
Requirements
Requirement Management/Engineering is needed to ensure that an organization documents, verifies, and meets the needs and expectations of its customers and internal or external stakeholders. This is one of the most important steps to do while a project and needs a very sensitive treatment. You can measure the success of a project on the requirement engineering.
Test Management
An effective test management process should lead to one common goal: to ship high quality products that meet customer needs. To achieve this goal, it is essential that teams work within a proven process. You can build these processes e.g. directly in JIRA and the projects user stories if possible. I always make shure there is a DOD (Definition of Done) to measure completition of tasks.
Scrum Master
The Scrum Master takes on the administrative, coaching and leadership roles that make Scrum development possible. There is a progress in every meeting, let it be the daily stand-up or the retrospective on every sprints end.
Product Owner
The Product Owner is typically a project's key stakeholder. Part of the Product Owner responsibilities is to have a vision of what the stakeholder wishes to build, and convey that vision to the scrum team with the business value in mind. In my opinion every project should have a product owner, no matter if agile, waterfall or hybrid.
SCRUM
Scrum is a methodology that allows a team to self-organize and make changes quickly, in accordance with agile principles. This made the most projects a rapid alignable and flexible progress.
Kanban
Kanban is a new technique for managing a software development process in a highly efficient way. You can build LEAN concepts and GTD methods on top of it. I would recommend this kind of method for the most projects I´ve seen.
GTD
The GTD (Getting Things Done) method rests on the idea of moving planned tasks and projects out of the mind by recording them externally and then breaking them into actionable work items. This allows me to focus attention on taking action on tasks, instead of on recalling them.
LEAN
Today, LEAN has become a new, more effective approach to doing work, no matter what the work is, the sector or the size of the organization. This is one of the most used methods in the start-up sector thanks to the concept of MVP (Minimum Viable Product)
