Team Lead ? Lead-to-Cash Stream
Led the Lead-to-Cash workstream in a global S/4HANA template transformation in a GxP-regulated environment across four business segments, supporting more than 10 parallel deployment teams within a globally coordinated rollout structure.
Managed a team of 12?15 consultants (onshore, offshore and freelance), accountable for delivery execution across design, build, testing and release activities within the global template rollout.
Played a key role in the internal Lead-to-Cash committee together with ZEISS business product owners and the IT lead architect, jointly reviewing, evaluating and prioritizing new business requirements, with authority to reject proposals and prepare key design decisions for implementation.
Coordinated integration across Finance, Logistics and Procurement, acting as escalation point for design decisions and cross-stream conflicts, including major template extensions such as ZEISS Credit (custom Fiori application on SAP BTP with integration to e-commerce/webshop via SAP CPI and ESB) and External Commission Management (SAP Settlement Management).
Directed sprint-based planning and prioritization in alignment with ZEISS business product owners, ensuring delivery against a structured release model with quarterly major and monthly minor releases.
Member of a central 4-person solution design team responsible for global SAP template governance, with ownership of SAP SD, MM and GTS design domains.
Responsible for solution design through to build, testing and go-live preparation for complex processes and template improvements such as Intercompany (including coexistence), Goods-in-Transit, Proof of Delivery, 3PL integration, Automotive Self-Billing and Advanced Shipping and Receiving (ASR) solution.
Harmonized output determination for intercompany billing across cross-company sales, STO and ECC?S/4HANA coexistence landscapes, ensuring consistent document output and significantly reducing IDoc errors and duplicate postings.
Redesigned Automotive Self-Billing process to resolve systematic pricing mismatches caused by frequent and retroactive price changes, reducing reconciliation effort and improving billing consistency.
Governed solution requests from deployment teams and ensured alignment with global template standards and cross-module integration requirements.
Supported multiple rollout waves including Landau (Germany), Timi?oara (Romania) and Hunedoara (Romania).
