• Project coordination in order to ensure customer requirements implementation in our products; I was coordinating and supervising suppliers’ activities in terms of quality, time and cost; I was collecting and implementing lessons learned
• In order to check implementation of technical requirements, I had to track all tests, managed by quality department
• I was also in charge to ramp the development team (3 Mechanical Designers, 3 Drafters, 2 Laboratory engineers, 1 Electronics engineer, 1 Project Manager) and to ensure the implementation of company process, technical rules and lessons learned

• Zur Umsetzung der technischen Anforderungen überprüfen, musste ich alle Tests, durch Qualitätsabteilung verwaltet verfolgen.
• Ich war auch verantwortlich für das Entwicklungsteam zu starten und die Umsetzung der Unternehmensprozesses zu gewährleisten, technische Regeln und ‘‘lesson learned‘‘.
