• For a couple of months I took on the role of a product owner for the Relaunch of a Telematics Product Suite
• While moving the backend into the cloud in parallel, the goal was to start rebuilding the web and mobile Frontend first and gather new customer requirements based on the new applications
• The integration of additional assets, such as video drones, Equipment and Wearables for Emergency response teams was a central new set of features that needed to be tackled

• Following the co-creation activities for the digital transformation in a global insurance player, I developed a new methodology together with my colleagues
• What we called "Visioning" was similar to a remote Design Thinking process that was stretched over 6-8 weeks
• I was managing up to 5 Visioning Managers who ran the virtual workshops with all participating subsidiaries and created customer journeys, applications and new processes

• Leading several international FinTech product teams as a CPO/PO up to 30 FTE. Requirements analysis and prioritization with clients
• Co-managing a large implementation project at Az Spain and sharing knowledge with the teams in Italy and Australia

I took over the role of a project manager after the project stumbled into a crisis. The for parties involved - each of them had their own project manager - were stuck in a situation where I could help them to get out. 
Succesful measures:

• Supporting the requirements engineering team with two new Scrum Masters
• Rebuilding trust of the implementing entity in Spain
• Motivating the teams by creating a new culture and leading them to performance setting clearer goals

Together with a successful German Investment Fintech, I designed a whitelabel product version of their mobil app.

The result of the short project was a well documented Design Prototype and High-Level User Stories which I created during the documentation part of the project 

Together with representatives of operating entities of a global insurance company, I co-created a target customer journey for claims for two lines of business (Motor and Home Claims)

In order to facilitate the target journey the design phase was followed by multiple software development projects (Web applications, Mobile Applications as well as prototypes of IOT integration) 

The analysis of existing solutions on the market was also my responsibility and I spoke to many start-ups and solution providers how they could assist our goals

I launched the solution partly or in total in the following countries: Austria, Spain, Italy, France, Germany and Switzerland

Together with 5 operating. entities in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy and UK I was driving the initiative to establish a new group solution for broker and agent CRM.

The project startet with. gathering the requirements from local entities followed by a merging aligning and prioritisation phase.

After preparing the RFP documents I successfully selected the suitable vendor and initiated the first pilot project end of 2014
