Leading a new org model implementation for IT

  • I grew and matured a global IT function with ~1000 employees and ~$320m yearly OPEX budget from a traditional backoffice service provider mindset towards a proactive shaper as driver of the (not only technology) transformation and source of innovation
  • Leading a new org model implementation for IT as part of new company strategy refocusing on customers and establishing global, fully empowered functions from a previous regional structure
  • In charge of defending a major cyber-attack in 2022 and establishing a strong and holistic cyber resilience program
  • Started up a shared service center in Bangalore, India to attract best talent to fuel digital transformation with 150 people hired the first 12 months
