Tasks:
  • Managed scientific laboratory data flows, metadata structures and controlled data configurations across DEV, TEST, VAL, PROD and MD environments, ensuring reliable, traceable and reusable data foundations for reporting, analytics and downstream use.
  • Performed SQL-based data analysis, anomaly investigation, cross-environment consistency checks and data reconciliation to understand LabWare LIMS behaviour, identify inconsistencies and improve laboratory data reliability.
  • Contributed to a LabWare LIMS carve-out covering system replication, environment alignment, migration to Windows Server 2022 and transition planning for web-based laboratory data access.
  • Executed and documented LIMS regression and workflow testing in the new environment, including pre-test verification of required configurations and test data, dependency analysis across legacy systems, and transfer/installation of relevant CFG and DAT packages into the new repository.
