An assignment on an Enterprise Architecture project for the Belgian ministry of Finance. My task here was to list the ICT standards for each of the Application Building Blocks of the enterprise architecture.

An architectural study for a Belgian government agency to convert their mainframe-based infrastructure to a modern architecture. I performed this study from start to finish.

Infrastructure for digital media for the Flemish public broadcaster. (feasability study, functional and non-functional analysis, realization of a very powerful data storage, realizaton of a media search system, ? up to and including acceptance testing)

Proof-of-concept at a telecom company for a solution that would allow easy access to services such as teleworking, security and entertainment. For this project I collected the business requirements, performed the functional analysis, created the high-level design, after which I was the team leader during the implementation.

Implementation of a worldwide platform for the settlement of forex-trades. I was a member of the architecture team on this project, and was responsible for the analysis of the core settlement part.
