PreFree is an AI-based decision support tool for physicians to identify pregnant women at risk for pregnancy complications, especially preeclampsia. Its intuitive interface allows physicians to ease their day-to-day workflow. Automated calculation of risk scores of adverse outcomes and real-timeaccess to patients? home measurements help them make data driven informed decisions. PreeFree's vision is to make all pregnancies safer. The growing database allows to apply the machine learning models for other pregnancy-related complications enlarging the spectrum of PreFree. PreFree is going to be a lifelong solution for improvement of women's health: before - during - between and after pregnancies.
