  • As the Customer Engagement Manager for the online bank customer in Nuremberg, I was responsible for and managed all day-to-day activities provided by Amdocs to the customer. This responsibility covered all facets, from the overall technical responsibility for the solutions designed and implemented, to the management of the Amdocs team on-site, and the commercial agreements with the customer
  • As a senior and principal consultant, I have among other things served as the team leader for a team doing the functional and technical design and specification for a CRM system for a customer in Poland. I have also served as the project manager for an upgrade project for the national and international system versions for a customer in Munich
