The client's global goal is to automate the currently completely manual identity and access management. First, a prototype is developed in an agile approach with the HR department. The goal is to identify dependencies and clarify the underlying business processes.

The client aims to migrate the current endpoint security solution from Symantec to Microsoft. During the project, the technical and organizational solution design was developed and rolled out. In parallel, the application control of Microsoft is to be introduced, i.e. a global application whitelisting. The challenge here is that the application landscape has historically grown in an uncontrolled manner.

The customer has built a new HQ. The goal was the overall control and commissioning of all IT services before the employees moved into the new building. At the beginning, a design thinking workshop was facilitated to create a comprehensive user story. Derived from this, a 100 point plan was created, which was successively worked through. External partners and suppliers were managed, as well as internal resources.

• General conditions: The Authority for Justice and Consumer Protection operates its own specialized procedures. After a merger within the authority, enormous technological debts were taken over that needed to be resolved.
