  • Defined the full business plan for an anti-UAV interceptor drone R&D project - scoping objectives, engineering deliverables, and development phases from concept through execution.

  • Derived actuator and sensor specifications from scratch per sub-module, and acted as the central technical interface between system-level design and hardware implementation - coordinating with internal module engineers and external suppliers including vendors in Japan. 
  • Audited the existing simulation model, identified critical missing components - unmodelled actuation saturation and virtual CoG sensor/actuator positions - and restructured it to reflect real hardware behavior using local sensors and actuators. 
  • Refactored the simulation repository and improved the calculation algorithm, cutting run time from over 20 hours to under 20 minutes - accelerating the full development cycle.
