Details: Production processes were optimized through cycle time
improvements, resulting in increased overall efficiency. Ramp-up and
commissioning activities were carried out to ensure stable system
startup. Debugging and troubleshooting tasks were performed to
identify and resolve issues, minimizing downtime.
Automation processes for a production line consisting of 20 cells and
2 conveyor systems were executed. Industrial communication
infrastructure was designed and implemented, including the
development of a TCP/IP communication system from scratch to
ensure reliable data exchange between systems.
Programming and integration were performed using Siemens S7-
1500 Safety CPU. HMI development was carried out with Siemens
TP1500 Unified Panel, and motion control applications were
implemented using Siemens servo systems. MES data trace and
monitoring processes were supported to enhance production visibility
and performance tracking.
