  • Management of a team >80 people, executing general Project Management Tasks such as Forecasting creation and fulfilment, Project development, Resource Planning and Optimization, oversee and maintain Training Programs to ensure Technical knowledge is shared throughout the teams, keep track of Project Deliveries, creation and sign-off of Acceptance Certificates for the delivered goods, ensure Project Targets are met, Identify and mitigate eventual Project Risks, track internal KPI?s, management of 3 different project streams for Parameter Planning, Remote Acceptance and SDN, keep track of open PO Values and responsible for requesting new PO?s when required, Invoice submission for the 3 different Project streams, acting Project Coordinator for 3 different regions and Single Point of contact for Telefónica (through this interaction several improvements were developed with my active inputs and were implemented to Telefonica?s current Planning Process Workflow). 
  • Steer governance calls with Telefónica?s respective Heads of department, assist on ongoing RFI and RFP?s within Wipro, Identify and act on new business opportunities. On Routing Hub Initiative, an application development Project in which a Hybrid Agile/Waterfall model was used, I worked closely with the customer in order to transform the business requirements to actual backlog, other activities performed were planning sprints, conducting daily stand-ups, defining and getting agreement on documentation standards and definitions of done, stakeholder management, Milestone acceptance, etc.
