Also led team cohesion exercises with shared repo, auto documentation reviews to make sure knowledge doesnt get lost when someone leaves.

I led two deployments already, one of a XGBoost Classification Model and one Anomaly Detection model. The goal was to reduce fraud from 910k euros in 2024 to 500k in 2025. We already brought fraud to 235k H1 2025.

Is this exciting? That is the first thought that crosses my mind when I come across something new. This mentality helped me in creating the first ever student run cafeteria in my high school. Pursue Theatre at 16 and volunteer at DansPaleis here in The Netherlands. Currently, I work as a Trainer occasionally as well, delivering trainings on Data and Agile. Because I find it exciting, I find Data exciting. Even though I deliver projects end to end, I still like to go hands on and keep my knowledge and skills fresh. This way, i add more value when I lead a project as I am aware of the ground realities, obstacles and how to move them out of the way. Moreover, it keeps things exciting.
