He has been a consultant in the IT architecture field for the last 10 years. His focus is in the field of developing enterprise applications that create a significant competitive advantage for his clients. During project work, experience as lead architect and part project leader in several full cycle SAP- transformation-, rollout- and system optimization projects was gained. Knowledge focus lies in the technical analysis of business processes in the logistics and financial environment and then offering a complete project route to the final application solution. This knowledge is extended by hands-on experience with data models, master data and application development in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA. Furthermore, the skillset is completed by advisory of business departments on how to set up and optimize processes and organizations in terms of master data management. During several end-to-end projects SCRUM has been applied (role of scrum master and developer) and design thinking workshops were used to achieve project progress.

Solution Architecture:

This comprises of target definition, analysis, requirements engineering, design, implementation, testing, build management and support. The areas solutions were provided in include SAP ERP, SAP SRM, SAP GTS and SAP S/4 HANA.
Project and Change Management:
During several projects the roles as part project lead and lead technical architect were performed. These roles included managing customer expectations, project resources, project plan design, progress documentation, reporting to senior management staff (C-Level), design of test cases and go-live planning. Strong skills in design thinking and especially SCRUM was proven in several SAP full cycle implementation projects.
