• Involved in 2nd level support of MC’s, CF’s and PC’s in the Equipment/Projects, Technical Sales and e-Business areas. It covers all the SAP R/3 processes and modules used by more than 50 Sites worldwide. The Services include functional and technical assistance, ABAP bug fixes, Customizing and Configuration, maintaining system availability, troubleshooting and solving functional and technical system problems, analysing change requests, and providing system expertise to super users.
• Full cycle SAP R/3 implementation (East Europe & Asia countries roll-outs - Russia, Ukraine, Turkey). It included all the project phases (Country Solution Validation, Analysis and Design, Adapt and Build, Testing, Cut-over and Hypercare) for Equipment & Projects, Technical Sales and Finance processes.
• Project responsibilities cover analysis of business requirements, system configuration (Logistics and Cross Process), leading of Gap’s design (specifically legal printout forms), development and implementation (SD/MM, PS, FI), writing test scripts, testing and validation of complete processes, execution and post implementation support.

• Assignment to Sweepback project as Equipment Gap Lead. In responsibility there are Gap’s related to the Equipment, Projects, Packaging Material, Finance and Technical Sales business processes and applied for MC’s, CF’s and PC’s (in total 40 Sites):
• Cluster Hypercare. Responsible for post implementation support of Technical Sales processes for MC's.
