Delivering freelance Data & AI projects and developing the Snowflake-based Capital Focus 360 solution for Private-Markets reporting. Designed Snowflake architectures with hybrid models and dynamic tables supporting both real-time and pre-aggregated analytics. 

Optimized data pipelines for multi-source AUM ESG and performance reporting; implemented Snowflake and Power BI semantic models. Leveraged Snowflake Cortex and Python AI components to translate natural-language queries into SQL and reduce manual reporting and analytics effort by ~70 %. 

• As Data Solutions Architect (Lead), designed and implemented a 'Management Information System' data solution that consolidates the Assets Under Management (AUM) from various alternative investments (liquid investments, insurance-linked investments, private equity, private debt, hedge funds, etc.). This system enables analysis and reporting of AUM, Fees, and Performance in a Fund-of-Funds environment, as well as analysis and reporting of Sales activities and the resultant AUM and fee revenues generated.
• Developed a 'Private Equity Investment Management' data solution, combining data from four different sources. This includes Fund-of-Funds look-through capabilities with dynamic FX conversions and aggregations, as well as ESG aggregation capabilities.
• Played an active role in the selection processes for the Enterprise Application Integration solution (evaluating Workato, Dell Boomi, Snaplogic), new hardware, and the cloud data platform (considering Snowflake, Azure Synapse/Fabric, Databricks), contributing significantly to the preparation of the migration plan. This plan aims to transition from a Stored Procedure approach to a View-on View approach in an automated manner, thereby reducing data mart development time for future and existing projects.

• As Co-Owner and Lead Architect at BI Architects, managed a four-member team delivering a BI solution for commodity trading risk management application Commodity XL (CXL). • Development of BI solution for Consolidated Credit Risk Exposure. All accounts receivable, payments plus open orders are aggregated and grouped on the counterpart enterprises. Thus, giving insight in the consolidated credit risk exposure for counterpart enterprises. Development of BI solution for entire Sales Margin attribution. The solution provides an attribution of the sales margin, including supply chain profits. Actual profit per customer.
• Development of an entire application integration platform, including master data management functionality. Several core applications are interfaced using fault tolerant SSIS interfaces with extensive exception handling. In case of exceptions end users are presented with readable explanations, suggestions for corrective actions and retry functionality.
• Development of new functionality and maintenance of existing functionality of iSeries applications. The applications provide logistics, sales and trading functionality.

• Development of a cloud based BI solution against the project management product Clarizen. 
• The Tableau visualizations are accessible by our portal, but are also integrated in Clarizen itself. The data is also accessible by Excel or any other front-end tool that can access an SSAS cube using a HTTPS connection. 
• The solution provides extensive attribution of revenue, costs and profit. 
• Earned Value charts, KPI?s and Executive dashboards are provided, as well as invoices or custom build reports. 

• Development of BI solution for analysis of the customer population with categorization to loyalty, volume, profitability and shifts in categories in combination with marketing campaigns.
